You'll have a 20–30 minute video call with each candidate — ask anything, test the communication fit, walk through your expectations. No obligations until you say yes. If the fit doesn't feel right, we go back to step two. Your time is too valuable to spend onboarding the wrong person.

Once you've chosen your match, we handle the onboarding — welcome checklist, task prioritization templates, shared tools and folder setup.
