You're a strong fit if you:

• Speak intermediate to advanced English (bilingual in Spanish is a big plus)
• Are organized, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — you figure things out without being asked twice
• Have experience in admin support, executive assistance, operations, customer service, social media, or a specialized field like law, engineering, or architecture
• Communicate clearly, reliably, and kindly
• Want consistent, long-term work — not just one-off gigs
• Take pride in your work and treat your clients' businesses like they matter

Video Conference

How the process works.

  1. Step 1 — Apply
    Fill out our VA application form. It takes about 10 minutes. Tell us about your background, your skills, and what kind of work you're looking for.

  2. Step 2 — Short assessment
    If your profile is a strong fit, we'll send you a brief skills test and ask for a short 1-minute intro video. Nothing formal — just a chance to get a sense of how you communicate.

  3. Step 3 — Join our network
    If selected, you'll be added to our vetted VA pool and matched with client opportunities that fit your profile, schedule, and strengths. We'll be with you every step of the way.

We review every application personally. We're not filtering by algorithm — we're looking for the right people. That takes a little longer, and we think it's worth it.
