Our Story.
Prime Deal Assistants was born out of real experience — not a business plan. Between managing executive operations for several industries, leading industrial construction projects across Europe, and co-running an e-commerce and real estate portfolio, we learned that the right support at the right time changes everything. That's what we built PDA to deliver.
We're a husband-and-wife duo with backgrounds in law, engineering, operations, compliance, and executive support — and a shared obsession with building systems that actually work. We started PDA because we know exactly what it costs a business owner to do everything alone.

Co-Founder & Head of Operations
Carolina Hernández Torres
Carolina is a lawyer-turned-operations powerhouse with a background spanning legal compliance, HR, project administration, and executive assistance. She has supported C-suite executives and leadership teams across finance, real estate, operations and beyond — where she managed complex calendars, client communications, outreach campaigns, and strategic deliverables across multiple departments.
As the Co-Founder of PDA, she leads business development, client onboarding, and the systems that keep everything running. Fluent in English and Spanish, and German already underway, Carolina brings rare cross-industry depth to every client she works with.

Patrick Michel Zapico Plot
Patrick is a mechanical engineer with a decade of experience managing large-scale industrial and pharmaceutical construction projects across Venezuela and Europe. He's spent years at the intersection of engineering and project management on mission-critical construction projects across Europe — overseeing schedules, cost control, procurement, and stakeholder coordination at one of Europe's most complex pharmaceutical facilities.
At PDA, Patrick is the systems backbone — the person who ensures processes are airtight, deliverables are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks. His engineering precision translates directly into how we build client workflows, onboarding systems, and operational structures.
Chief Morale Officer
Ares "Pichi-Pichi" Zapico Hernández
White, orange, and entirely convinced he runs the company — Ares joined the PDA team on day one and has maintained a perfect attendance record on every video call since. His specialties include keyboard quality testing, strategic napping during deadlines, and providing unsolicited opinions on document formatting.
We cannot confirm he understands project management. We can confirm that no major decision has ever been made without him present.
